RemoEdPH teaches children in live online classes. This policy explains what we keep and why classes may be recorded. It sits alongside the Privacy Policy and the Terms.
Who accepts
The account holder is the parent or guardian. Creating an account, booking a class, or paying for a plan means that adult accepts this policy for the student.
Recording
Classes are recorded for safety, quality assurance, and parent review. Recordings are used by RemoEd staff for those purposes. They are not a public broadcast.
What we store
- Parent and student account details needed to run the class.
- Booking, lesson, and progress records.
- The date, policy version, and network address of each privacy acceptance.
Marketing is separate
Using anonymized learning quotes or media in an educational showcase is optional. Declining that choice does not block the account or the class. That choice is stored apart from this policy acceptance.
Students in any country
RemoEd students join from the Philippines and from other countries. A parent or guardian accepts this policy for the child wherever the family lives. Recording, account, and safety rules are the same for every student.
Data privacy
RemoEd keeps student accounts under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, including for families outside the Philippines. Parents may ask what we hold and may ask us to correct it by writing to support@remoedph.com.
